Match Dispute Tickets

Sometimes when playing a match you may run into issues that must be resolved by a UMG Admin. This can occur for many reasons but the most common are invalid match score reports, no-shows, cheating, lag, cancellations or the use of ringers.
Create a Dispute
You can initiate a dispute ticket at any time through the active match section located in the bottom left of the website (see below). You can also navigate to the Tickets Page under the Support tab to start a dispute ticket at any time.
On the ticket creation page, please explain the issue and provide any proof you may have. Up to 3 screenshots can be provided in the link boxes.
After your case has been reviewed an admin will make a final ruling based on evidence provided by you and your opponent.
