Create a Support Ticket
If you need help and have not been able find what you are looking for in our support center, you may Create a Ticket to get more help from an admin. Alternatively, you can contact us via Live Support during operating hours.
On the ticket creation page, select the type of ticket you wish to create. Then title and explain the issue.
In the case of a match dispute, provide any proof you may have. Up to 3 screenshots can be provided in the link boxes (see below).
An admin will respond as soon as possible. If you are a Prime member you will receive a response within 8 hours.
