Making a UMG Account
WELCOME TO UMG GAMING
1. To register for a UMG account you will need to click HERE . Once you open this link on your desktop or mobile device you will be presented with a registration form that you will need to fill out. Please make sure you use an up to date email address as you will need to confirm your email address. You must be 13 years or older to make an account.
2. After filling out the registration form successfully, you will be prompted to to fill out security questions for your account. The same question cannot be used twice and make sure you remember your answers in-case you need to recover your account!
3. Once you successfully fill out your security questions, you will see a pop up informing you of the information we collect and how it’s used. After clicking the "accept" button, you will need to verify your email address to proceed. To do this, head over to your email account and be sure to check all the folders as it may end up in spam. Simply click the link in the email and you're almost ready to start playing!
4. In order to compete in any matches on UMG you will need to set your gamertag for each platform (Xbox, PlayStation, PC, etc) you wish to compete on. Add your gamertags HERE. There are tons of ways to compete at UMG across numerous games. We offer free tournaments, free ladders with cash prizes, guaranteed prizing tournaments, and more. We suggest adding all of your gamertags so you can hop from game to game if you want to.
5. Below you will find links for various locations on the UMG platform where you can play in a wide variety of competitions. Don't worry, we have noob friendly competitions too! If you need help with anything, please visit our support center HERE . Our live support is online from 12pm ET - 5am ET daily if you require direct assistance, for times live support is not online we do have a ticketing support center where you can address any issues you may have or need help with. You can also use live support for direct match assistance as well!
