WRONG SETTINGS/RULES
If the hosting team hosts the wrong rules, you must provide in-game video proof of the rules being wrong. If the rules are found to be wrong the hosting team will forfeit 1 round. In the event of the match being 5-5 round count, if a banned item is used and that team wins the round to go 6-5, that team will be deducted a round meaning the team that caused the offense would be 4-5 down.
If there are wrong rules and a match is played to completion it will stand unless the affected rule being broken only affects the final round.
If your team is listed to host a map and your team decides to let your opponents host and the rules are wrong, it is the admin's discretion if the round will be forfeited or not for wrong rules.
GLITCHES
Using any in game exploit will result in a forfeit of the round or map depending on the severity of the exploit eg:
- Planting/defusing through unbroken destructible structures
- Going to out of bounds "glitch" spots.

For tournament matches that are larger than 1v1. Proof of lag from more than one member's point of view must be submitted for this claim to be valid. Personal connection issues will not be a valid reason to claim lag or dispute your match.
SEARCH & DESTROY
If there is a lag or disconnect issue, you must leave the game at the start of the next round (within 15 seconds) and ask your opponent to switch hosts. If for any reason the opponent does not want to switch hosts, request an admin in your match chat. If the lag affected the outcome of the round, it is the admin's discretion if the round is to be replayed. Any rounds played up until leaving the match will be counted except for the last round.
HARDPOINT
in the event of lag, the entire game must be played out. At the end of the game you may contact live support with valid proof of lag from multiple perspectives. UMG admins will determine whether or not the lag affected the outcome of the match
If there is a disconnection the game must be completed. The player may be reinvited and rejoin during the match to be finished.

If total rounds won during the series is tied, the higher seeded team (closest to zero) will host the last map within the series.
The team who does not host the map will be given side choice unless otherwise stated.

- For best of 1 matches. Teams will have 5 minutes from the no show report time (Refer to Rule #1) to join for map one or risk forfeit of that map/match. If you need additional clarification on this ruling, feel free to contact tournament live support. Additional time may be given by tournament live support. (Effective 2/2/2018)
3. If random users enter the room, you must ask them to leave. If they leave immediately without disrupting the match then the match will continue. If random user(s) interfere in a match then the hosting team must end the map, restart, and continue from the same score when the inference happened.
4. If a team reports a loss for a match, they cannot then contact Live Support looking to get the match reverted/replayed. Matches are only reverted/replayed if a match being advanced is due to admin error..
5. If any match that is started and played before the scheduled time, it will not be considered a warm-up and it will count as an official game.
6. Any claims for glitching, banned weapons, or cheating you must contact live support. Please have video proof ready when contacting live support.
7. Teams have up to 5 minutes between maps. Extra time may be given if live support feels it’s necessary to extend the 5 minute time limit.
8. If the hosting team ends the map early before it concludes, the map will continue where the map was ended. Unless stated otherwise by UMG Online staff.
9. Hosting the wrong map will be a replay of the correct map unless the map hosted is included in the current match rotation and the entire map was played out. You will substitute that map for another. For example, the maps are Strike, Vacant, & Bog. The first hosting team hosts Vacant and plays the map out. The second hosting team will host Strike as second map, etc.
