All tournaments are CROSS-PLAY unless otherwise stated in the title of the tournament.

Please see the "OVERVIEW" section of the tournament for the flags and/or region name displayed. If your regions name and/ore flag is not displayed, that region is restricted from competing. Free entry tournaments will be global tournaments.


PC PLAYER DISCLAIMER

All PC players MUST be streaming their point of view WITH AUDIO ON FOR IN-GAME AND VOICE COMMUNICATION when competing in this tournament and be able to provide their stream link and proof when asked for by their opponents or UMG admins (VODS MUST BE ENABLED). PC players found not streaming will be temporarily suspended from the website and the team forfeited without refund if applicable.

HACKING/CHEATING/IP FLOODING

UMG has a zero tolerance for hacking/cheating/IP flooding. Players found hacking/cheating/IP Flooding  will be permanently banned from the UMG website. All claims need to be provided to tournament live support with video proof of the player(s) being accused. Players found competing with hackers/cheaters/booters will be permanently banned from the UMG website.


ORIGIN ID

All competitions unless otherwise stated require players to have an Origin ID (place your PSN, Xbox GT, or Steam ID) if you don’t have an origin ID. Still place it under the ORIGIN ID section.

Origin IDs must only include the English alphabet, numbers and characters. Special characters such as emojis, faces and other languages are not permitted as they cannot be accessed on the consoles US/EU keyboard layouts


AGE DISCLAIMER

UMG Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. To register for a user account for the Services, you must be 13 years of age or older. This includes competing in skill based matches (Tournaments, Cash Outs, and/or Free XP ladder matches). 


UMGO reserve the right to change, modify, or adapt all rules as deemed appropriate in order to uphold and maintain a spirit of overall fairness and good sportsmanship


1V1 MATCHES

Teams will need to find their team/match on the bracket. Once you've located your team/match you can click on your match to view your match details. You may also access active tournaments here: https://umggaming.com/my-schedule

Teams will load into a DUOS public lobby for their matches and attempt to accumulate the most eliminations at the end of the match. Please check the title of the tournament to see if your match has more than one map to be played. Meaning, some tournaments may be labeled "Best of 2" "Best of 3".

TIE GAME

In the event of a tie, the following tie-breaker rules shall be followed:

1. The team which remained alive the longest shall win the match.
2. If both teams survive to the end of the round, the team who achieved the final kill shall win the match.

Eliminations made after a match has concluded will not count.

A match is considered concluded once all players from both teams have been eliminated.

GRIEFING

Teams are permitted to work together, however, you may not intentionally cause the death of your opponent or negatively impact your opponent's gameplay. Doing so will result in a forfeit of the map. Cases of possible greifing will need to be provided to tournament live support in video form. Matches may result in a forfeit or replay and will be at the discretion of UMG tournament admins.

When reporting your match please be aware of the following format:

                                                                               Best of 1 Match = 1-0
                                                                               Best of 2 Match = 2-0
                                                                               Best of 3 Match = 2-0 or 2-1

3v3 ODD-MAN OUT MATCHES

Teams are split into two groups, one group of 2 and one solo player.

The group of 2 shall invite 1 player from the opposing team.

Two games will be played at the same time to try and accumulate the most eliminations. 

Each members eliminations will be combined as a team to determine the winner of the match. Please see your match page in-case your match has more than 1 map being played.

The team with the most eliminations at the end of all maps played will win the match. Please see your match page in-case your match has more than 1 map being played.

Eliminations made after a match has concluded will not count.

A match is considered concluded once all players from both teams have been eliminated.

TIE GAME

In the event of a tie, the map must be replayed. (Best of 1)

Upon match completion, total eliminations will be added up for all three members on your team across the two maps to determine the winner. The team with the most eliminations wins the match. If eliminations are tied another map is to be played to determine a winner.

In the instance both Squads lobbies make it into the same match they are allowed to hunt each other freely (you still can not Sabotage inside your Squad)

As there are two sides to this match in the event of forfeiture one side of the match can be disqualified and the other still count

LAG

A team has 30 seconds to leave the match due to lag after landing, and it will be replayed with valid proof of the lag from multiple players perspectives. If not replayed supply this proof in dispute ticket for the possibility of a  match cancel.


CONNECTION ISSUES

Disconnections 30 seconds after landing in tournaments  can be replayed at UMG admins discretion if valid proof is supplied of the disconnection promptly after it has occurred. If your teammates disconnect and falls within the conditions that could get you a replay you also must leave the match immediately in order for said replay to occur.

Disconnections that occur after eliminations have been accumulated (only by the people in your match/lobby) the disconnect will act as your elimination point. Please contact tournament live support immediately for support.

No replay will be issued without proof of disconnect. Your teammate must have left within 30 seconds after your disconnection in order for it to have gotten a replay or cancel with valid proof supplied.

Upon a replay due to disconnect, you must resume play as the same character at the time of disconnection.


IN-GAME GLITCH

If a team experiences an in-game glitch within 30 seconds of all team members touching the ground, all members of your UMG team must leave the game immediately. If you experience an in-game glitch after 30 seconds from all members touching the ground, it is the admin's discretion if the match is to be replayed depending on the seriousness of the glitch, duration and if it drastically affected the outcome of the match. Enrolling in tournament matches, you agree to the known glitches and accept the outcome.  If the team that glitched out at the time of the glitch occurring is up in kills, it is at the admin's discretion if the match is replayed.


MATCH SUPPORT

Please contact tournament LIVE SUPPORT for assistance with your active tournament match. Please have your match ID ready so UMG admins can better assist you.


PROOF REQUIREMENTS

We recommend that all proof be provided in video form. The clearer your proof the better, please be sure to show the following within your proof:

- Scoreboard showing all information (gamertags, eliminations , score, etc)

- Time & Date stamp to validate your proof in the event of a dispute.

- Match ID displayed within your game chat to add a extra validation to your proof.


NO SHOW/MATCHES

1. Tournament matches are expected to be played at the scheduled match time. If an opposing team fails to show up after 10 minutes after the scheduled match time, you must report a no show to live support. We will then contact the opposing team to confirm the no show.

2. No Shows:

 - For best of 5 matches. Teams will have 5 minutes from the no show report time (Refer to Rule #1) to join for map one or risk forfeit of that map. Once a team forfeits first map, they will have an additional 5 minutes to show for second map or risk forfeiting that map. Once a team forfeits second map, they will have an additional 5 minutes to show for third map or risk forfeiting that map as well. Resulting in a forfeit of the match. match. (Effective 2/2/2018)       

 - For best of 3 matches. Teams will have 5 minutes from the no show report time (Refer to Rule #1) to join for map one or risk forfeit of that map. Once a team forfeits first map, they will have an additional 5 minutes to show for second map or risk forfeiting that map. Resulting in a forfeit of the match. Additional time may be given by tournament live support. (Effective 2/2/2018)  

 - For best of 1 matches. Teams will have 5 minutes from the no show report time (Refer to Rule #1) to join for map one or risk forfeit of that map/match. If you need additional clarification on this ruling, feel free to contact tournament live support. Additional time may be given by tournament live support. (Effective 2/2/2018)

3. If random users enter the room, you must ask them to leave. If they leave immediately without disrupting the match then the match will continue. If random user(s) interfere in a match then the hosting team must end the map, restart, and continue from the same score when the inference happened.

4. If a team reports a loss for a match, they cannot then contact Live Support looking to get the match reverted/replayed. Matches are only reverted/replayed if a match being advanced is due to admin error..

5. If any match that is started and played before the scheduled time, it will not be considered a warm-up and it will count as an official game.

6. Any claims for glitching, banned weapons, or cheating you must contact live support. Please have video proof ready when contacting live support. 

7. Teams have up to 5 minutes between maps. Extra time may be given if live support feels it’s necessary to extend the 5 minute time limit.

8. If the hosting team ends the map early before it concludes, the map will continue where the map was ended. Unless stated otherwise by UMG Online staff.

9. Hosting the wrong map will be a replay of the correct map unless the map hosted is included in the current match rotation and the entire map was played out. You will substitute that map for another. For example, the maps are Strike, Vacant, & Bog. The first hosting team hosts Vacant and plays the map out. The second hosting team will host Strike as second map, etc.
